A study of environmental Arctic change, SEARCH
- SEARCH is an initiative undertaken by the Polar Science Center, University of
Washington, Seattle. The Study of Environmental Arctic Change is a new program
emerging in response to significant changes observed in the Arctic. A Study of
Arctic Change Workshop was held in November of 1997 to explore the extent of recent
changes observed in the Arctic and to consider a program to study it further.

Atmospheric Radiation Measurment Program
- The Atmospheric Radiation Measurement (ARM) Program is a multi-laboratory, interagency program that was created in 1989 with funding from the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). - NGRIP is a multinational research program, funded by participating

research objective to retrieve and analyze a 3080 m long ice core drilled
through the Greenland ice sheet.

Polar Libraries Colloquy
