JNOC/GCS Arctic Methane Hydrate Research Well Program - A new gas hydrate test well JAPEX/JNOC/GSC Mallik 2L-38 was recently completed in the Mackenzie Delta, N.W.T., Canada. Joint Committee on Antarctic Data Management. - JCADM is a joint committee of SCAR and the Council of Managers of National Antarctic Programmes (COMNAP). Its purpose is to advise SCAR and COMNAP on the management of Antarctic data. One of its key roles is to advise on the development of the Antarctic Data Management System including the recruitment of National Antarctic Data Centres (NADCs) and the encouragement of scientists to submit metadata to NADCs.
